Billing & Insurance
Orthopaedic Surgery Associates has agreements with most major insurance plans. To verify that OSA is a provider with your insurance plan, please call us at (561) 395-5733.
If OSA is not a provider with your insurance company but you want to see one of our orthopedic doctors, check to see if your insurance provides for Out of Network benefits – Out of Network means the insured is responsible for their deductible and a percentage of the total amount for services rendered. This amount is due at the time of service, however, Orthopaedic Surgery Associates will file the paperwork to the insurance company on your behalf for a speedy reimbursement to you, our patient.
Safety Protocols
Cleanliness and infection control is, and has always been, of the utmost importance to OSA. Our front waiting area, counters, and restrooms are wiped down frequently throughout the day with medical-grade sanitizer wipes and antibacterial agents. All patient registration electronics (iPads & etc.) are sprayed and sanitized after each use. Hand sanitizer is also available throughout our office.
Our medical team always practices universal precautions, which include cleaning hands between each and every patient and using sterilized instruments for every patient. Additionally, OSA staff is washing their hands with soap and water frequently (at least 20 seconds with friction) as often as reasonable during the day.
To help us with our efforts, we ask that if you have a fever or are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled internationally or have been in the vicinity of someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus within the last few weeks, please reschedule your appointment.
We are on a mission to create a better experience for our patients.
